Head and Heart Scale Leadership Analysis

This project involved taking a quiz to determine if I lead more with my head, or with my heart. We then analyzed the quiz results to identify our personal leadership strengths and weaknesses. This was produced by taking the online quiz, taking a screenshot of the results, and using Microsoft Word to complete the reflection analysis. Skills included determining self-strengths and weaknesses, researching and absorbing textbook information, writing, and editing.
